Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (ToS) define the terms and conditions for accessing and using the Iklows platform, available at iklows.io, published by Iklows.

Any use of the platform implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Iklows is an AI-powered B2B sales coaching SaaS platform enabling:

• Automatic analysis of sales calls (transcription, scoring, recommendations)
• Real-time coaching during calls
• Generation of personalized pre-call briefs
• Individual and team sales performance tracking
• Integrated CRM pipeline management

Access to Iklows is restricted to B2B professionals. To use the service, users must:

• Create an account with a valid professional email address
• Accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy
• Be linked to a client company with an active subscription

Access is granted by invitation from the company administrator.

Users agree to:

• Use the service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms
• Inform and obtain explicit consent from all parties before recording any call
• Not record conversations without prior consent
• Not share login credentials
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes

Users are solely responsible for complying with legal obligations related to recording telephone or video conference calls, including:

• Prior notification of all parties (applicable local regulations)
• GDPR compliance for recorded third-party data

Iklows shall not be liable for unlawful use of recording features.

The Iklows platform, its source code, algorithms, design and content are the exclusive property of Iklows and are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or exploitation is prohibited.

Data entered by the user (prospects, transcriptions, scores) remains their property.

Iklows commits to implementing necessary measures to ensure service continuity. However, interruptions for maintenance or force majeure may occur. Iklows does not guarantee 100% uptime.

Iklows is a sales decision-support tool. Recommendations generated by the AI agent are indicative and do not replace the user's professional judgment. Iklows shall not be liable for commercial decisions made based on generated analyses.

Iklows reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in case of violation of these Terms, without notice or compensation.

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, the competent court shall be that of Iklows' registered office.

Iklows reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email 30 days before any material change.
