Your data is in good hands

Iklows handles sensitive data — call recordings, sales performance, prospect data. Here's how we protect it.

End-to-end encryption

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Your recordings are never exposed in plain text.

European hosting

The database is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Some processing (transcription, AI analysis) is entrusted to providers established outside the EU, under standard contractual clauses.

Data isolation

Multi-tenant architecture with Row Level Security (RLS) — each company can only access its own data, without exception.

GDPR compliance

Iklows is designed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact us for any questions about data processing.

Your responsibilities

By using Iklows to record calls, you are a data controller for your prospects' data. As such:

Inform your contacts about recording before starting a call
Obtain their consent (verbal is sufficient — note it in your CRM)
Mention Iklows in your own privacy policy
Respond to access or deletion requests from your prospects
Do not record minors or private conversations
